Ik had een afspraak om 16u30. Deze is pas om 17u15 kunnen doorgaan. Verder is alles prima verlopen en ik was op de hoogte van het feit dat het soms wat later kon zijn dan het geplande uur door de afhandeling van voorafgaande patiënten. Alle begrip hiervoor.

Alles is goed verlopen maar ik ben nog steeds niet in het bezit van het verslag van de tandarts en de foto die hij genomen heeft. Het was mij beloofd om een verslag en foto door sturen naar mijn mailadres of e-Box maar alleen bewijsstuk van de raadpleging heb ik ontvangen. Kunt u mij dat dringend op sturen voor mijn tandarts aub

Hello, yesterday I went to the emergency dental office where I normally had an appointment at 9 am but I was taken almost at 10 am where for a simple examination that lasted 3 minutes I was asked 85 euros... because absolutely no operation was performed on me, only a plastic was inserted into the dental area where the pain was to make a film and that was it.... I was told by the doctor that they need to work on my nerve to remove it and that would amount to another cost of 185 euros, which seems very exaggerated to me, to give first of all 95 euros for 3 minutes of sitting in a chair and for nothing.... why do I say 95 instead of 85? because when I made my appointment I was asked for 10 euros to make an appointment.... anyway I'm glad I didn't stay longer...and what can I say....I wish you all the best but next time really be busy with customers, don't just take money and that's it....

The dentist was so kind and good at his job. I had a major fear of dentists all my life, but he but my nerves at ease. He talked me through all possible treatments and gave me time to think about them. I usually wear headphones during dentist appointments but i didn't through this one and he talked me through everything he was doing and kept me calm. Couldn't recommend enough.
