Ik ben erkend acupuncturist (Acupunctuur Vlaanderen), verpleegkundige (KdG) en arbeidssocioloog (UA), met aanvullende opleiding in Reiki.


Mijn medische achtergrond maakt dat ik professioneel werk binnen een bredere zorgcontext en multidisciplinair samenwerk met artsen, orthomoleculair therapeuten, psychologen, kinesisten, osteopaten en andere zorgverleners.


Ik combineer westerse medische kennis met verfijnde oosterse behandelmethodes.


Mijn bijzondere expertise en focus liggen in de behandeling van stressgerelateerde en psycho-emotionele klachten. 


Ik vertrek vanuit de overtuiging dat veel lichamelijke klachten ontstaan of in stand gehouden worden door langdurige stress, emotionele belasting en een ontregeling van het zenuwstelsel. Daarom richt ik mij op het versterken van veerkracht, emotionele stabiliteit en lichamelijk herstel.


Gezondheid is voor mij meer dan de afwezigheid van ziekte. Ik sla de brug tussen "goed voelen" en de letterlijke betekenis: "jezelf weer goed waarnemen".
