Dokter Carmen Cruz-Conde behaalde haar diploma van arts aan de Universiteit Complutense van Madrid in 2016. Vervolgens specialiseerde zij zich in de medische beeldvorming. Zij genoot haar opleiding in het Universitair Ziekenhuis Doce de Octubre in Madrid en behaalde haar diploma in 2021. Na haar opleiding heeft zij zich gedurdende en jaar gespecialiseerd in borstradiologie en abdominale radiologie in het Universitair Ziekenhuis Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. In 2022 volgde dr. Cruz-Conde haar man naar België en sinds juli 2022 werkt zij deeltijds in de privaatpraktijken van Temse en Willebroek. Bij Dr. Cruz-Conde kan men terecht voor algemene radiologie en echografie, mammografie en botdensiteitsmetingen. Zij is gespecialiseerd in musculoskeletale radiologie, mammografie en infiltraties onder echografie. Dr. Cruz-Conde is erkend eerste lezer in het Vlaamse Screeningsprogramma naar borstkanker.

The practice focuses on first-line medical imaging with personal commitment by doctor and staff. Up to date equipment is always provided.

Our radiologists perform all types of ultrasounds and Doppler examinations.

However, they do not perform the following tests:

• Breast ultrasounds
• Mammograms
• Standard X-rays
• CT scans
• MRI scans

Throughout their training, they have built a solid expertise spanning various radiological techniques, from ultrasound to more complex imaging procedures.

As part of their university education, they completed numerous practical internships in leading university hospitals in Brussels. These experiences enabled them to develop a rigorous and precise approach to diagnostic imaging. The diversity of cases they encountered provided them with a comprehensive understanding of hospital-based pathologies, as well as mastery of the most up-to-date diagnostic tools.

Although they received broad, polyvalent training, our radiologists chose to focus their practice on diagnostic ultrasounds and non-invasive vascular examinations (Doppler studies). This specialization allows them to deliver high-quality services that respond accurately to the needs of both patients and referring physicians.

Their approach is grounded in diagnostic precision and high-quality care, supported by close collaboration with general practitioners and other specialists.

Dr Ali Al-Ani is a general radiologist. He graduated from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) with , master’s degree in medicine and a complementary master’s degree in diagnostic radiology. He is a holder of the European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR). He works at the department of radiology in (UZB) University Hospital Brussels.

Dr. Jean Robert Theodore Schoysman works as a radiologist in his own Radiology practice in Meise. Dr. Schoysman graduated as a medical doctor in diagnostic radiology at the VUB Brussels in 1991. The Radiological Centre is open from Monday to Saturday. All examinations are by appointment. You should always make an appointment by telephone on 02 270 00 72 or 0497 540 977.
