Ensemble, nous explorerons les pensées, les émotions, et les comportements qui peuvent être sources de mal-être, avec pour objectif de vous aider à trouver des solutions durables et un équilibre intérieur.

Je suis convaincue que chaque personne possède en elle les ressources nécessaires pour surmonter ses difficultés. Mon rôle est de vous aider à les identifier et à les mobiliser pour que vous puissiez avancer sereinement.
