Anne-Christel Tsona Kandas is a physical therapist who graduated from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles in 2018. A great sportswoman, immersed in this world since her youth and passionate about the human body, Tsona will accompany you with enthusiasm in your rehabilitation journey, whether it is a post-op/traumatological, orthopedic, rheumatological, sports or perinatal follow-up. Very dynamic and attentive, she attaches great importance to individualized and holistic care for each of her patients. This is why she wanted to deepen this aspect and understand this undeniable link between body and mind through a training of traditional Chinese medicine started in 2020 in order to understand other ways of taming a pathology. Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

Spécialisé dans la prise en charge de sportifs, professionnel ou amateur. De la gestion et diminution des symptômes jusqu'à la réathletisation, en passant par une remise en charge progressive et adaptée.

Indispensable notamment pour rupture ligamentaire, fracture, luxation, entorse, déchirure musculaire, tendinopathie...

Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Je porte également un intérêt accru à l'articulation de l'épaule. Douleurs aiguës, chroniques ou post-opératoire.

L'objectif sera de trouver la technique permettant de diminuer les douleurs et d'augmenter la capacité physique grâce à une prise en charge individualisée.

Je suis Arthur, kinésithérapeute diplômé en 2022. Je vous accueille avec professionnalisme et bienveillance au J&J KinéSport Center à Tournai. Que ce soit pour soulager une douleur, accompagner une rééducation ou améliorer vos performances sportives, je mets un point d’honneur à vous offrir un suivi personnalisé et adapté à vos besoins.

Je me déplace également à domicile trois matinées par semaine, afin de garantir un suivi adapté même pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer. Les rendez-vous à domicile sont uniquement pris par téléphone.

Graduated from ULB in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, I welcome you in my office located Rue Edgard Tinel 30 in Anderlecht from Tuesday to Friday. Concerned about the best treatment for my patients ranging from infants to the elderly, I actively continue to train in learning new physiotherapy techniques. You can consult me ​​for all types of conditions such as general and sports orthopedic, respiratory, pediatric, neurological, cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as lymphatic drainage.

Listening to your requests, objectives, and attentive to detail, I use my knowledge to develop a treatment plan that suits you as much as possible. My practice includes exercise therapy as well as mobilization/manipulation work in order to be as complete as possible in my follow-up. I take care of all general orthopedic consultations as well as all neurological and respiratory pathologies. I also support athletes, from amateur to professional, with the aim of injury prevention, revalidation and performance improvement.
