My approach focuses on addressing the underlying physical and bio-mechanical causes of your health problems, supporting your body's self-healing capacity.

Each treatment lasts at least 60 to 90 minutes, and is eligible for partial reimbursed by your health insurance. I speak English, French, Dutch, and German.

For over 25 years, I have focused on the osteopathic treatment and prevention of chronic health conditions such as:

·       Chronic back pain, neck pain, and headaches

·       Digestive problems

·       Migraines and dizziness

·       Menstrual complaints (bloating, back pain, cramps, etc.)

·       Lymphatic congestion (without clear cause)

·       Burnout

·       Physical, stress-related complaints

·       Chronic fatigue

·       Post-viral conditions such as Long COVID

·       Or any combination of the above-mentioned complaints

Treatment can be particularly helpful when there is a seemingly unrelated history of, for example:

·       Trauma (car accidents, sports injuries, etc.)

·       Surgical procedures (including dentistry)

·       Digestive problems since childhood

·       Complications during childbirth (premature birth, cesarean section, forceps delivery, etc.)

Of course, you are also welcome for treatment of your acute health problems and pain complaints!

Graduated in general osteopathy at the Free University of Brussels, I see you for various musculoskeletal pains as well as for jaw disorders and for pregnancy and postpartum follow-up. NB: consultations from young adolescents to the elderly (I do not take care of newborns). Diplômée d'un master en ostéopathie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), après un diplôme de kinésithérapie et réadaptation obtenu à l'UCLouvain, ce parcours me confère une démarche à la fois médicale et scientifique.

Mon approche se concentre sur les troubles musculo-squelettiques variés : douleurs du dos (lombalgie, lumbago, torticolis, douleurs thoraciques et costales, ...), troubles articulaires et musculaires, ainsi que certains troubles neurologiques périphériques.

Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver confort et mobilité, en plaçant votre bien-être au centre du traitement.
