Osteopaths in and near Schilde

The practice is located in a residential area, just nearby Stad Park, where you can find parking places. It is close to Antwerp Centraal train station, Plantin Metro station, with a VELO station just around the corner. It is also 5 to 10 min walking from the city center. As Osteopathy teaches us to see the human being as a whole, I will assess your body from head to toe, in search of imbalance, restrictions and tensions that may have contributed to cause you unease, discomfort, pain or stiffness. The session will aim to unlock these lacks of motion in your spine and articulations, unwind your soft tissues and help relieve pain in your body, letting an open door for the spirit to let go by linking your physical sensations to your emotions - as we know it as a key for healing and wellbeing. I am also trained in Thai yoga massage, a thousand-year-old practice that has influenced my vision of care and my way of practicing.  As the treatment can be soft as well as dynamic, don’t hesitate to tell me about your expectations. You can speak with me in English or French, i know my basics in Russian, and a slight hint of Spanish. Dutch should be released very soon. You are welcome at any age. Please bring with you a comfortable outfit, if you do not prefer to be in underwear during treatment.
