I trained in naturopathy at the Institute of Hygiene and Natural Medicine (IHMN) in Namur. A naturopathic consultation will allow you to talk about your problems and receive answers to your concerns about your health. An inventory of the functioning of the organism will allow us to give you different advice adapted to your situation. The diet is discussed taking into account the disorders that you encounter. Naturopathy is a holistic alternative medicine, which means that it takes into account the body as a whole. Indeed, health is achieved through intellectual, physical, psychic, emotional and energetic balance... In this perspective, I also offer cranial reflexology and harmonizing massage. I can receive you in consultation in WATERLOO: Monday from 5 pm to 8 pm - Wednesday from 10 am to 8 pm. As well as in NAMUR: Thursday and Friday from 12:30 pm to 8 pm. I have a diploma in naturopathy and reflexology, and I use these two practices in a complementary way to approach a pathology and its cause.
