Kinésithérapeute passionnée. Que ce soit à domicile ou en cabinet, je place toujours le patient au cœur de mes soins. Au centre, j'accompagne adultes et enfants, sportifs de tous niveaux, quelles que soient leurs pathologies, afin de les aider à progresser et à atteindre leurs objectifs, qu’ils soient petits ou ambitieux.

Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.

Suivant depuis 4 ans une formation complémentaire en ostéopathie, j’aime approcher le patient dans sa globalité afin de fournir une prise en charge ciblée et individuelle, le tout dans la bonne humeur.

In addition, my father is also a physiotherapist and passed on his technical knowledge to me. Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Anne-Christel Tsona Kandas is a physical therapist who graduated from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles in 2018. A great sportswoman, immersed in this world since her youth and passionate about the human body, Tsona will accompany you with enthusiasm in your rehabilitation journey, whether it is a post-op/traumatological, orthopedic, rheumatological, sports or perinatal follow-up. Very dynamic and attentive, she attaches great importance to individualized and holistic care for each of her patients. This is why she wanted to deepen this aspect and understand this undeniable link between body and mind through a training of traditional Chinese medicine started in 2020 in order to understand other ways of taming a pathology. Other training projects are to come in order to broaden her skills and to better meet the needs of her patients. Diplômé de l'université d'Eindhoven aux Pays-Bas, mon approche de la kinésithérapie repose sur l'écoute, le respect des besoins individuels et l’accompagnement vers des objectifs personnalisés. La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.
