Récemment diplômée (juin 2025) d’un Master en kinésithérapie, je vous accompagne avec une approche personnalisée, bienveillante et à l’écoute. Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Je compte me former régulièrement afin de vous proposer un traitement orienté vers vos objectifs, fondé sur les dernières avancées scientifiques.

Mr. Ludovic Sophys is a physiotherapist specialized in sports, orthopedic, cardiovascular and respiratory physiotherapy. After completing his Master's degree in physical therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he worked in intensive care at the Erasmus Hospital and in outpatient orthopedics at the Etterbeek-Ixelles Hospital. Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

I work in 2 areas: - orthopedic physiotherapy, which includes treatment of sports injuries (sprains, tendinopathies, dislocations, tears, contractures,...), operations (prostheses, ligaments, fractures treated by osteosynthesis, herniated discs...) but also pain related to bad postures. - Perineological physiotherapy. This one includes pre and post-natal care but also urinary problems (stress incontinence (coughing, sneezing, carrying a load, trampoline...), difficulties to urinate, emergencies (with or without leakage), perineal pain (during intercourse or not), fecal incontinence or constipation, enuresis (bedwetting), postoperative care (man and woman)...

Treatment of dizziness and balance disorders. It may be BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), Ménière's Disease, Vestibular Deficiency or other disorders.

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the HEPH in Condorcet and have followed a training in respiratory physiotherapy. I practice general, orthopedic, traumatological and respiratory physiotherapy. Récemment diplômée en kinésithérapie à l'UCLouvain, je mets mes compétences au service des patients pour leur offrir une prise en charge personnalisée, basée sur leurs besoins réels, avec une écoute attentive et bienveillante.

Spécialisée en kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale, j’ai eu l’opportunité de me former auprès de Laurent Pitance et Eve Gérard aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, ce qui m’a permis de développer une expertise dans la prise en charge des troubles temporo-mandibulaires. J'ai récemment complété mes connaissances en participant leur formation en kinésithérapie cervico-maxillo-faciale en février et mars 2025. Mon objectif est de fournir un suivi complet et adapté à chaque patient, tout en poursuivant des formations pour rester à jour et en apprendre davantage.
