Dr Sophie Tobback is a general practitioner with her own private practice "Praktijk voor Zin" in Affligem. She deals with general family medicine with an emphasis on mental health care. She also specialises in end-of-life care and continues to study hypnosis.

Dr Hakki Demirkapu is a general practitioner and a tutor for GPs in training. He graduated from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) with a bachelor degree biomedical science, master’s degree in medicine and a complementary master’s degree in family medicine. In 2017, he started a PhD at the Department of Family Medicine and Chronic Care at VUB. He gives lectures concerning medical care for ethnic minorities. Actually, he is conducting research about advance care planning within ethnic minorities in Belgium.
