Avec plus de 25 ans d’expérience dans l’accompagnement de familles, je me suis formée au coaching en burnout parental au Training Institute for Psychology & Health (TIPH) pour aider les parents à comprendre et à gérer l’épuisement émotionnel et physique lié aux responsabilités familiales.

Sometimes it seems like everyone wants to change you. You are constantly adapting yourself and before you know it, you no longer know who you are. Every person is beautiful and valuable in their own way. The world is designed for people who fit the standard. However, a square does not fit in a round hole. Sensitivity is a power that young people and adults can use to the benefit of themselves and those around them. If that doesn't work, they will quickly receive a 'label' with a negative charge. I want to encourage young people and adults, parents, teachers and educators to view and use sensitivity as a strength. Providing the tools so that they can learn to be themselves (again) Extraordinarily Better. I teach you to live again instead of surviving. How? I fill your backpack with tools and insights. Together we discover and try what works for you. You do it yourself, but you don't have to do it alone.
