Nathalie Verschueren is a clinical psychologist and mindfulness trainer with her own practice Nathalie Nuñez in Aartselaar. She took several courses and refreshes herself regularly. She is specialised in overstimulation, burn-out and high sensitivity. Her motto is "From overstimulation to relaxed enjoyment". She thinks that far too many people are preoccupied with surviving, with being lived in. They feel stressed, unbalanced and overstimulated all the time. They run from here to there all day long and their heads are working overtime. Nathalie knows how this feels. She was there too, not so long ago. Yes, even when she already had her degree in clinical psychology & mindfulness trainer. While deep inside she knew that that could not be the intention of life and that much more was possible. It was only when she started looking for help from the best coaches, mentors and immersed herself in the workings of our brain, energy and quantum physics that it became clear to her how she could really improve her quality of life and enjoy life to the full again. Nathalie wants to help you as she has helped hundreds of people through coaching and training to experience more peace and joy.

Inspired by depth and movement I go my way in the world of pedagogy, education, contextual thinking, and also dance and spirituality. My own process, training and the training to become a Contextual Counselor (Balans Gent) ensured that I fully believe in the value and healing that conversation therapy can bring. What I would like to offer you at Think Outside: A safe space to take time for your story and the experience of the relationships in your life. I look with contextual glasses: this is mainly about family relationships that also have an influence on your current (work) relationships, your own way of upbringing, your self-image,.... So we mainly focus on your (family) relationships, the context in which you live, the balance of giving and taking in your life, ... I listen and guide you in your unique question, so that you can be who you are, grow and feel free. If that is appropriate for you, nature, walking, movement and mindfulness exercises can be used additionally in the guidance. A second thing I offer is coaching for teachers and study guidance for young people in secondary education (fear of failure guidance, planning, motivation, study method,...).

I am strongly inspired by courage and change. For the longest time, I felt unoriginal, gray and stuck in a life that was not fitting me. I couldn't get satisfaction or purpose from my job and daily life, and felt like I was not not feeling as fulfilled as everyone else around me.

Coaching changed everything: it allowed me to build a life adapted to my needs and qualities. It made me get to know and love myself more, giving me the confidence to change and helping me find a new purpose. It gave me the instruments to be brave and start a new journey more in line with my priorities and interests. Today I feel at ease with myself, creative and eager to try out new things!
