Is post-hip replacement pain, numbness, and swelling normal after a year?

Hello, I had a left hip replacement surgery one year ago. I went through a six-month rehabilitation, but I still have pain in my hip and knees. My feet become numb and swollen. I limp when I walk and get tired very quickly. My endoprosthesis is cemented, and the areas where the cement is visible (on the X-ray) are always warm and swollen. Could you please tell me if this is normal? 🙏
