Dr. Qin specializes in cataract surgery, refractive surgery (laser myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia) and intraocular implant surgery. He also provides general ophthalmology consultations. A polyglot, he is fluent in French, English, Dutch, Spanish, German and Chinese.
