Health professionals for Traumatisme in Zaventem

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

• Difficulties with socialization, relationships, dropping out, withdrawal, disengagement, overwork/burnout, and dependencies/addictions. 
• Adapting to a new environment (particularly cultural or linguistic), social integration, marginalization, and harassment.
• Existential questions/general unease: separation anxiety, somatization (sleep problems, stomachaches), unexplained anxiety or sadness.

Margot Bouguet receives adolescents, adults and seniors on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at Psy 503, a group of mental health professionals who offer a place to listen, support and provide a safe place to explore what is causing suffering in your life. Je reçois des adolescents et des adultes qui rencontrent des difficultés variées (traumatisme, choc émotionnel, souffrance, anxiété….). Les patients arrivent parfois avec une problématique claire, parfois avec un questionnement plus diffus. Ensemble, nous réfléchissons aux objectifs de la thérapie. J’utilise régulièrement l’hypnose conversationnelle stratégique (hypnose PTR), qui permet de désensibiliser des éléments douloureux du passé et reprendre le contrôle. Je suis très attentive au bien être des patients, et m'adapte autant à leurs besoins que à leur rythme.
