Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

My practice is based on collaboration with the patient in order to respond precisely to the request expressed and to set the objectives to be reached. I work through caring, confidentiality and deep respect by adopting an integrative approach and active listening. Depending on the request, therapies can be brief or prolonged.

Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.

Je suis docteur en psychologie et neuropsychologue.

Tout au long de mon parcours, j’ai toujours été guidée par une même envie: mieux comprendre et épauler les personnes confrontées à des souffrances invisibles — qu’elles soient psychiques, corporelles ou liées à des événements de vie difficiles.

Dans le cadre de mon doctorat en psychologie, je me suis spécialisée dans l’étude de l’impact de la douleur sur la prise de décision. Cette expertise me permet aujourd’hui d’accompagner les personnes souffrant de douleurs chroniques, en tenant compte de l’interaction entre le corps, les émotions et les fonctions cognitives. Je propose un espace d’écoute et de soutien où la douleur peut être comprise non seulement dans sa dimension physique, mais aussi dans ses répercussions psychiques et relationnelles.

En outre, j’ai obtenu un certificat en victimologie et psychotraumatologie, qui m’a permis de développer des outils spécifiques pour accompagner les personnes confrontées à des traumatismes, des violences ou des événements de vie douloureux. Je propose un espace d’écoute sécurisant, où chacun peut déposer ce qui pèse, à son rythme, sans jugement.

En parallèle, je réalise des bilans neuropsychologiques permettant d’évaluer les fonctions cognitives telles que l’attention, la mémoire, les fonctions exécutives, ou troubles du langage. Ces évaluations peuvent être utiles dans le cadre de difficultés cognitives liées à une maladie, ou encore pour mieux comprendre certaines problématiques rencontrées au quotidien.

Mon approche est à la fois scientifique, empathique et centrée sur la personne. Je m’efforce d’accueillir chaque patient dans sa globalité, avec bienveillance, en respectant son rythme et son vécu. Mon but est de vous aider à mobiliser vos ressources, à mieux comprendre ce qui se passe en vous, et à avancer, pas à pas, vers un mieux-être durable.
