Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans vos difficultés quotidiennes, vos questionnements et vos doutes, tout en respectant votre rythme et vos besoins.

Actuellement en formation en psychothérapies humanistes et expérientielles, j’adopte une approche centrée sur la conscience de soi et du corps. Lors de notre collaboration, nous travaillons à vous aider à mieux vous comprendre, à être en harmonie avec vous-même, vos ressentis et vos valeurs.

Les consultations en visio sont également possibles.

En fonction de votre mutuelle, il est également possible de vous faire rembourser une partie de la séance.

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Many preconceived ideas still surround the profession of psychologist, but consulting a psychologist does not mean being crazy, being sick or being weak, on the contrary. To consult a psychologist is to be aware of your difficulties and to accept that a professional will accompany you through a difficult time in your life.

After my studies in psychology at ULB, I moved to the business world where I give training and, at the same time, I started as a psychotherapist. I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.
