Psychologue diplômée, j’exerce en tant qu’indépendante au sein de mon cabinet, où j’accompagne adolescents, adultes et couples dans une démarche d’écoute, de compréhension et de changement.

Mon approche se veut bienveillante, personnalisée et centrée sur la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi, il peut s'agir d'un accompagnement ponctuel comme d'un accompagnement sur du plus long therme.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Chaque accompagnement est unique : je propose un cadre sécurisant et confidentiel pour permettre à chacun d’exprimer ses difficultés, d’explorer ses ressources, et d’avancer à son rythme vers un mieux-être.

Je consulte en français et en espagnol, en présentiel à Laeken. La vidéo consultation est également possible si nécessaire.

Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, and am trained in brief therapy, hypnosis and systemic therapy. I see adolescents, adults and couples for consultations that last between 45 and 60 minutes. Here are some issues that might prompt you to come to me: separation, difficult bereavement, unhappiness, depression, burn-out at work or in the family, anxiety, phobia, experiencing chronic pain, complicated and/or abusive family relationships, trauma, communication difficulties, feelings of isolation, dropping out of school, ...

Vous trouverez à ma consultation un cadre chaleureux, une écoute bienveillante et non-jugeante, indispensable pour l’accompagnement psychologique donc vous avez besoin. I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. Mrs. Floriane Wallaert is a Clinical Psychologist who graduated from the University of Mons. She offers consultations for children, adolescents and adults. You can find her at the Centre La Vallière located in Mons, as well as at the Tertre clinic or at the Centre Thérapie Aide located in Ottignies, she will be happy to welcome you.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.
