Mon approche se base sur les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC) qui propose des outils concrets pour mieux comprendre et modifier certains schémas de pensée ou de comportement, sur la thérapie centrée sur la personne, qui met l’accent sur l’écoute, l’authenticité et la confiance dans les ressources de chacun pour favoriser le changement. Et, j’intègre des exercices de pleine conscience, de compréhension des émotions et de psychoéducation, afin d’aider chacun à renforcer sa connaissance de soi et à trouver un équilibre durable au quotidien.
