I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. Formée en posturologie, un domaine qui me passionne particulièrement. J’accompagne les troubles de la posture et déséquilibres pouvant influencer douleurs, mouvements ou inconfort au quotidien. J’ai également développé un intérêt particulier pour les préférences motrices et l’analyse du mouvement, afin d’adapter au mieux la prise en charge à chaque individu.

Cavalière et sportive, je propose des prises en charges ciblées cavalier, je me suis naturellement spécialisée dans l’accompagnement du cavalier. Je suis formée aux préférences motrices du cavalier et en ostéopathie équine, me permettant d’avoir une compréhension globale du couple sportif et de leurs interactions.
