Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach to treating joint and tissue mobility dysfunctions in general, as part of their participation in the appearance of diseases. It aims to restore good mobility to the joints of the body by working on the 3 major systems of the body: the structural system, the visceral system and the cranio-sacral system. Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.

Mr. Tsalkitzis receives in the center of Charleroi. His therapeutic approach turn around three axes inseparable from each other : - structural: is interested in musculoskeletal and joint complexes. - visceral : the visceral system is governed by the neuro-vegetative system. The purpose of the visceral work is to release some mobility restrictions and also to check the links with the column. - the functional and the craniosacral : these techniques are based on the work of the fascias.

Je commence chaque séance par une évaluation attentive de votre état de santé et des possibles origines de vos douleurs. Mon but est de vous proposer un traitement à la fois précis et adapté, en ciblant les zones de tension et de déséquilibre. I have a master's degree in osteopathy from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, which gives me the title of osteopath D.O. I will be happy to receive you for osteopathic consultations for adults. During my osteopathic studies, I followed courses from the Faculty of Medicine as well as courses given by doctors. This university training (which is the only one of its kind in Europe) has allowed me to develop solid scientific and psychological knowledge in order to offer safe osteopathic treatment adapted to the patient. Graduating from UCL in 2013 with a master's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Maxime then went abroad to practice and perfect his training for 2 years. It was in 2016 that he opened his multidisciplinary practice, the Centre de Kinésithérapie du Bauloy. Specialized in sports physiotherapy, orthopedics and traumatology, he started his osteopathy training in 2015, and it is in 2021 that he obtained his D.O. osteopathy diploma with distinction.

Ostéopathe diplômé après un cursus de six ans à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, en collaboration avec la faculté de médecine, j'ai acquis une solide base de connaissances médicales ainsi que des techniques thérapeutiques avancées. Mon approche est avant tout manuelle et se concentre sur l'amélioration de la mobilité et du confort physique, en prenant en charge les troubles musculo-squelettiques tels que les cervicalgies, les dorsalgies, les lombalgies, les dysfonctionnements de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les troubles de l'appareil locomoteur de manière générale.

Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise.
