Je suis kinésithérapeute diplômé de l’ISEK depuis juin 2024. J’accompagne mes patients dans la prise en charge de diverses pathologies : orthopédiques, traumatologiques, gériatriques, cardio-vasculaires et musculo-squelettiques.

Formé en drainage lymphatique, je propose également des soins spécifiques adaptés à vos besoins.

Je consulte trois fois par semaine au cabinet Regengo à Evere, avec pour objectif de vous aider à retrouver confort, mobilité et bien-être au quotidien.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

Afin de vous offrir la prise en charge la plus adaptée, nous commencerons par une anamnèse. Les traitements peuvent être passifs (mobilisations, techniques manuelles) ou actifs (exercices de revalidation), et sont combinés lorsque cela est nécessaire pour optimiser les chances de progrès.

J’accorde une importance particulière à la prise en charge globale du patient, à l’écoute, à la qualité du suivi et à la personnalisation des soins, afin de vous accompagner vers plus d’autonomie et de bien-être.

La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
