Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. Osteopath, I graduated in osteopathy in 2008, but also graduated in energetic osteopathy in 2019 from ULC and IAO respectively. Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments.
