Psychologue, formée à l’approche systémique pour enfants, adolescents, adultes, couples et familles, j’offre un espace d’écoute et de soutien, visant à aider chacun à mieux comprendre ses expériences, développer ses ressources personnelles et avancer à son rythme.

Mon accompagnement se centre sur la gestion des émotions et du stress, difficultés relationnelles (parents- enfants, couple, familles), mal-être, souffrance émotionnelle, difficultés liées à l'humeur, le burnout, le traumatisme, la confiance en soi, l'affirmation de soi. 

Je consulte en français, en anglais et en arabe.

Psychologue clinicienne passionnée, je propose des consultations individuelles destinées aux adolescents et aux adultes. Mon objectif est d’offrir un espace bienveillant, sécurisant et respectueux, où chacun peut venir se déposer et bénéficier d’un accompagnement face aux difficultés personnelles qu’il traverse.

Mon approche thérapeutique repose sur l’écoute active, avec une attention portée au contexte relationnel, familial et environnemental dans lequel s’inscrit chaque personne. Le travail thérapeutique est pour moi avant tout une rencontre, unique et empreinte d’humanité, entre le/la thérapeute et le/la patient.e. C’est dans cet espace que peut se construire, à son rythme, une rencontre authentique avec soi-même. Je souhaite que mes consultations puissent devenir un lieu d’accueil et de soutien, favorisant l’expression de ce qui pèse, mais aussi l’émergence de nouvelles perspectives.

J’accompagne des personnes confrontées à diverses problématiques telles que l’anxiété, la dépression, les difficultés relationnelles et familiales, les troubles alimentaires, les vécus traumatiques ou encore les périodes de transition et de remise en question.

Parallèlement à mon activité en cabinet, je travaille dans un Service Résidentiel Général (SRG) auprès d’adolescents placés par l’Aide à la Jeunesse ou la Protection de la Jeunesse. Cette expérience enrichit ma pratique quotidienne : elle me permet de mieux comprendre les réalités complexes des jeunes, leurs fragilités, mais aussi leurs ressources et leur capacité de résilience.

Je suis titulaire du VISA et de l’agrément de psychologue délivrés par le SPF Santé Publique, ce qui garantit l’exercice d’une profession réglementée dans le domaine des soins de santé. En tant que membre de la Commission belge des psychologues, mes consultations peuvent être partiellement remboursées selon les modalités de votre mutuelle.

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain.
