Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Ostéopathe diplômé après un cursus de six ans à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, en collaboration avec la faculté de médecine, j'ai acquis une solide base de connaissances médicales ainsi que des techniques thérapeutiques avancées. Cette formation rigoureuse me permet de proposer des séances personnalisées et adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient.

Mon approche est avant tout manuelle et se concentre sur l'amélioration de la mobilité et du confort physique, en prenant en charge les troubles musculo-squelettiques tels que les cervicalgies, les dorsalgies, les lombalgies, les dysfonctionnements de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les troubles de l'appareil locomoteur de manière générale.

Mon objectif est d'offrir un accompagnement attentif et précis, en tenant compte de l'unicité de chaque personne pour lui permettre de retrouver bien-être et aisance dans ses mouvements au quotidien.

Je prends en charge tous troubles de l’appareil neuro-musculo-squelettique (« blocage », torticolis, cervicalgie, lombalgie, sciatique, tendinite, entorse, douleurs à la mâchoire…), que le contexte soit aigu ou chronique. Je reçois aussi bien les enfants, les adultes, les sportifs, les femmes enceintes que les seniors. J’accorde une grande importance à la communication, l’écoute du patient, le tout à travers une démarche bienveillante, médicale, critique et scientifique.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Je suis un jeune kinésithérapeute diplômé, passionné par les sciences et les sports de force. Je m’efforce de rester constamment à jour sur les dernières avancées scientifiques afin d’intégrer des pratiques basées sur des preuves dans mes soins. Spécialisé dans la musculation, le powerlifting et le cross-training, je comprends les besoins spécifiques de ces disciplines, qu’il s’agisse de performance, de prévention ou de rééducation.
