Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily

Ma formation comprend notamment la traumatologie sportive, la médecine physique, la sémiologie, la neurologie et la rhumatologie, me permettant d'assurer une prise en charge adaptée à chaque patient.

J'utilise différentes approches ostéopathiques (articulaires, musculaires, fasciales et fonctionnelles) en fonction de vos besoins et de votre situation clinique.

IMPORTANT!! Dear Patients, due to a professional change, I will no longer be holding consultations in Etterbeek as of October 2026. I will continue to see patients in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre on Thursdays, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

From a young age, I have been passionated about the human body and how it functions.

It was therefore a natural choice for me to study osteopathy, driven by a genuine desire to help people and relieve their discomfort. Over the course of my practice, I have developed a clinical approach that is precise, holistic, and patient-centered.

My training at ULB, along with my experiences both in private practice and in a hospital setting, taught me the importance of a personalized approach and collaboration between healthcare professionals.

There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. Osteopath D.O. graduated from the ULB (first university teaching of Osteopathy in Belgium), Romain Derue has a very broad field of intervention. He mainly treats musculoskeletal and nervous disorders (lumbago, torticollis, sciatica, sprains, tendinitis) but also digestive, jaw and stress problems. His practice in the office is reassuring and can be adapted to everyone, whatever their profile, age or activity. Romain Derue can therefore treat athletes, pregnant women, adults and children.

Student and social rates as needed. Having studied for 6 years at the ULB, Pier-Luigi Cianci received his title of Osteopath D.O. He is now part of the multidisciplinary team of BACK in Bruxelles center, as well as in Laeken too. Thanks to a meticulous approach, these osteopathic sessions are focused on the various complaints of the patient. Pier-Luigi Cianci is specialized in the treatment of adults, teenagers and athletes of all levels. He did his final study on the management and biomechanics of low back pain. Graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree specializing in osteopathy at the ULB, I will see you for diagnosis and treatment manual for your pain. My training includes both a solid scientific theoretical base, as well as varied techniques, ranging from joint manipulations to so-called “gentle” techniques. I take the time to listen to you in order to understand the complexity of your clinical history and I respect your requests (phobia of manipulation, modesty, etc.).
