With 14 years experience as a physiotherapist at the foot of the Austrian mountains, I have now decided to continue my work in Belgium. 

I've continually developed and trained in the field of orthopaedics, surgery and traumatology.

I am specialised in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage. 

I'm passionate about my work and want to use my knowledge and expertise to support and guide you in your rehabilitation. 

I'm fluent in German and English and have a good level of French, which I'm improving on a daily basis.

Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.

I am available at three practices: in Ixelles, in Kraainem and at Uperform in Wezembeek-Oppem.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Kinésithérapeute diplômée de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je propose une prise en charge personnalisée, adaptée aux besoins, aux objectifs et au quotidien de chaque patient.

Mon approche repose sur une évaluation clinique précise, suivie d’un accompagnement individualisé visant à améliorer la mobilité, la fonction et la qualité de vie. Je privilégie une prise en charge active, progressive et adaptée aux capacités de chacun.

Mon parcours clinique m’a permis d’acquérir une expérience dans différents domaines, notamment la prise en charge musculo-squelettique, l’orthopédie, la réadaptation et l’accompagnement des sportifs.

Je considère la relation thérapeutique comme un élément essentiel de la prise en charge. L’écoute, l’échange et la collaboration avec le patient permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs réalistes et de construire un traitement adapté.

Mon objectif est d’accompagner chaque patient, du bébé à la personne âgée, avec bienveillance et rigueur, que ce soit dans le cadre d’une douleur, d’une limitation fonctionnelle, d’une récupération après une blessure ou d’un retour progressif aux activités quotidiennes et sportives.

Je suis kinésithérapeute depuis 2017, je suis passionné par mon métier et je me fais un point d'honneur à m'investir dans chaque traitement afin d'aider mon patient dans son projet thérapeutique.

Kinésithérapeute licenciée depuis presque 20 ans, je reviens en Belgique après plus de 15 ans au Canada. 

Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan. 

Je me ferai un plaisir de vous accueillir tant en français qu’en anglais, dès à présent Chez Kio Medical Center à Uccle et bientôt à Belliard pour une prise en charge personnalisée. 

Young dynamic, empathetic and very involved physiotherapist, I like to take care of my patients as a whole. Treatments and active revalidation are essential in my practice, guided by movement and by the objectives set with the patient, so that he can recover all his abilities. Convinced that good physical health is essential for mental well-being, my treatments are adapted and individualized to each patient. I mainly deal with musculoskeletal disorders, lower back pain, neurological and cardio-respiratory disorders in both children and adults.
