J’exerce au sein d’un cabinet situé à Molenbeek (Bruxelles), dans un environnement calme, accessible et propice à une prise en charge individualisée.

Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant améliorer sa mobilité, diminuer ses douleurs ou optimiser son bien-être global.

Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs clairs et adaptés. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère professionnelle, bienveillante et motivante.

Mes prises en charge incluent la rééducation fonctionnelle, le travail actif orienté vers le mouvement, les techniques de mobilisation et les thérapies manuelles, dans un cadre où l’écoute, l’empathie et la communication occupent une place centrale.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée, je vous reçois au Centre de l’Hirondelle dans une atmosphère accueillante et bienveillante. Passionnée par mon métier, je suis à l’écoute de chaque patient afin de proposer des soins doux, personnalisés et adaptés à vos besoins. J’oriente ma pratique vers la kinésithérapie générale (orthopédique et gériatrique), j’accompagne aussi bien les adolescents que les adultes. Mon approche repose sur une véritable collaboration : nous définissons ensemble vos objectifs afin que vous soyez pleinement acteur de votre traitement, avec un suivi individualisé qui favorise une rééducation efficace et durable. Je parle français et anglais, et je veille à ce que chaque séance se déroule dans un climat de confiance et de respect. Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée et diplômée depuis 6 ans, je prends en charge les patients en kinésithérapie générale, notamment pour les lombalgies, cervicalgies, douleurs chroniques et troubles musculo-squelettiques du quotidien.

Je suis spécialisée en thérapie manuelle, avec une expertise particulière dans la prise en charge des troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM), ainsi que dans le traitement des vertiges et des céphalées. Mon approche est globale, personnalisée et centrée sur la compréhension de la cause des symptômes afin d’obtenir des résultats durables.

Je consulte dans un cabinet privé à Uccle, les mardis et jeudis, et j’accompagne chaque patient avec écoute, bienveillance et rigueur professionnelle.

Graduated in 2013, I specialized in sports physiotherapy in Paris (KINESPORT) until 2015. I now work in a well-equipped multidisciplinary center with a dynamic, specialized and attentive team.
