Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. I have completed different training courses since my diploma: Mckenzie part A, Mulligan upper quadrant, Mulligan lower quadrant, Jo GIBSON, Neurodynamics.

Within the treatment, I favor exercise therapy for all pathologies of the musculoskeletal system in athletes of all levels. I also treat any pathology in general physiotherapy. Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l'ULB, j'exerce actuellement au centre Mimosa en tant que kinésithérapeute conventionnée. Mes domaines de compétence sont multiples : kinésithérapie respiratoire pédiatrique (bronchiolite, pneumonie, ...), pathologies respiratoires (bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive, ...), pathologies générales (arthrose, entorse, lombalgie, ...), postopératoire (prothèse de hanche, prothèse de genou, ...), ... Parallèlement au centre Mimosa, j'exerce la kinésithérapie à l'Hôpital des Enfants Reine Fabiola en tant que kinésithérapeute respiratoire pédiatrique. J'ai également travaillé pendant 3 ans à l'hôpital Erasme au sein du Service de Gériatrie.
