Je suis diplômé de la VUB (Vrije Univistiteit Brussel) avec un Master en Revalidation Sportive. J'ai acquis une expertise dans le traitement de diverses pathologies, y compris les problèmes musculo-squelettiques, les blessures sportives, et la réhabilitation

post-opératoire. J'utilise une variété de techniques, telles que la thérapie

manuelle, les exercices thérapeutiques et la rééducation fonctionnelle, tout en intégrant des conseils sur la prévention et le mode de vie.

Mon objectif est d'aider mes patients à retrouver leur mobilité et à améliorer leur qualité de vie. Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
