Registered physiotherapist and micro physiotherapist. I have been practicing general physical therapy for more than 10 years and I have specialized in manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, pre/post-natal physical therapy and microphysiotherapy.

As a passionate and approved physiotherapist, I offer quality care both in my office located on Avenue Slegers and at home. Specialized in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, respiratory and neurological rehabilitation. I offer manual therapy techniques and adapted exercises that meet your specific needs.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, I take care of all types of patients, from back and neck problems, to sports injuries, postnatal and lymphatic drainage. Do not hesitate to make an appointment in one of my two private practices located in Brussels (1000) and Etterbeek (1040).

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. I have completed different training courses since my diploma: Mckenzie part A, Mulligan upper quadrant, Mulligan lower quadrant, Jo GIBSON, Neurodynamics.

Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie en 2024 à la HELB (Haute Ecole libre de Bruxelles) passionné par le corps humain et le mouvement, je vous accompagne tout au long de votre revalidation. Ensemble, nous mettons en place un bilan complet et nous élaborons ensuite un plan de traitement progressif, adapté à vos besoins et basé sur des principes fondés.

Je prends en charge tout types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale. Mon objectif concret est de vous mener et vous accompagner vers les meilleurs résultats possible et durable qui correspondent à vos attentes !

Kinésithérapeute formée à l'UCL, j'ai une approche centrée sur le patient, alliant bienveillance et expertise (EBM-EBP). Je propose un traitement pour vous accompagner au quotidien selon vos besoins et vos capacités. Engagée dans une pratique basée sur les avancées scientifiques, je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins toujours plus adaptés.

Je suis disponible pour des visites à domicile dans les alentours de Woluwé St Lambert, Woluwé St Pierre, Kraainem et Wezembeek-Oppem.
