Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne. Passionné par le corps humain et par son fonctionnement depuis tout petit, j’ai décidé d’entreprendre des études de kinésithérapie à l’ISEK, Haute Ecole de kinésithérapie. Désireux d’aller toujours plus loin dans la compréhension du corps humain, j’ai décidé d’entamer des études d’Ostéopathie au Collège Belge d’Ostéopathie (CBO) en 2015 afin d’avoir une approche plus globale du patient tout en le conseillant. L’Ostéopathie peut se définir comme une médecine manuelle s’adressant aux troubles fonctionnels du corps humain. Elle repose sur l’utilisation du contact manuel pour le diagnostic et le traitement. Elle place l’accent sur l’intégrité structurelle et fonctionnelle du corps ainsi que sa capacité à s’auto-guérir.
