Bonjour, je m’appelle Nina, kinésithérapeute conventionnée diplômée de la Haute École de Vinci (Bruxelles). J’accompagne autant les troubles musculo-squelettiques du quotidien que les pathologies liées au sport, et j’assure également la rééducation pré et post opératoire.

Passionnée de sport et particulièrement de course à pied, je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en entraînement sportif et préparation physique, en complément de mon diplôme de kinésithérapie. Je poursuis actuellement une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’enrichir ma pratique et de vous accompagner au mieux dans la prévention des blessures, la remise en condition et le retour à la pratique sportive.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

Osteopath Florent Liénard welcomes you at the Stay Strong Center on Mondays from 3:30 to 6:30 pm, Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 2:00 pm. He also welcomes you at the Aspria on Fridays from 2:30 to 7:45 pm. Consultations can be done in French or English. You are in good hands.

My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective!
