My clinical practice is based on my anatomical and physiological knowledge and mainly addresses disorders of the musculoskeletal system. I use a wide variety of manipulative and non-manipulative techniques, which allows me to adapt to your needs and preferences. Passionate about human anatomy, I also work as an assistant in charge of exercises for the ULB Faculty of Medicine. I am happy to welcome you to my offices in Schuman and Porte de Namur. Diplômée depuis 2022 et passionnée par mon métier qui évolue sans cesse, je serais heureuse de vous partager mon aide et expérience dans votre parcours de soins. Mon approche repose sur une alliance entre mon expertise scientifique et écoute attentive de vos besoins. Chaque personne est unique, et chaque séance l’est tout autant.

J’accorde une attention particulière aux douleurs chroniques, aux tensions persistantes et aux situations complexes, qui nécessitent souvent une approche douce, progressive et sur mesure. Ensemble, nous construisons un accompagnement adapté à vos besoins, dans un climat de confiance et de respect.

Si nécessaire, je travaille en collaboration avec d’autres professionnels de santé (médecin, kinésithérapeute, podologue, psychologue…) afin d’assurer un suivi de prise en charge complète et cohérente.

Diplômé d’un Master de spécialisation en ostéopathie de l'Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), et, au contact de ce métier depuis toujours (mon père étant ostéopathe depuis 25 ans), il me tient à cœur d'aider les patients souffrants, et de leur apporter une amélioration de leur condition de vie au quotidien.

Graduated in osteopathy at the Belso school (Belgian School of Osteopathy), my office is located in the city center in the Quays district. The osteopathic treatment is holistic and is based on three approaches: cranial, visceral and musculoskeletal respecting the synergy of the body. Elias is a graduate in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. 

His practice is centered around empowering patients to understand their bodies, helping them work towards becoming healthier and stronger than ever before. Treating everyone with the same care and dedication is a core value that drives his approach.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Ayant une affinité pour les douleurs/blessures articulaires, musculaires et la réathlétisation, j’accorde une grande importance à l’écoute et à l’analyse précise de vos besoins.

I am a qualified Osteopath (DO) by profession since 2019, I have 20 years of experience in manual therapy (fascial manipulation Stecco, tiger points, dry needing, HVLA ,BLT soft tissues, cranio-sacral techniques, visceral techniques) I specialize in all cases of treatment of pain of unknown origin, I perform a very accurate differential diagnosis in a holistic approach to the patient.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je me suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie du sport grâce à la formation Kinesport Expert, ainsi qu’en prise en charge musculo-squelettique.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.

Le cabinet se situe au -1 de la maison, par un escalier avec deux rampes.

Its approach aims to place the patient at the center of their care in order to ensure personal treatment and follow-up adapted to your needs. Its objective will be to support the patient with kindness, and encourage them to be fully involved in their treatment. His practice mainly targets neuro-musculoskeletal disorders.
