I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.

I am available at three practices: in Ixelles, in Kraainem and at Uperform in Wezembeek-Oppem.

Mr Bouzarpour graduated in 2019 with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and revalidation. During his studies he developed and deepened three specialisations: respiratory & cardiovascular rehabilitation, general rehabilitation and lymphatic drainage. In order to continue to improve and to provide the best care to his patients, he joined the teams of the Motion Center (Tienen) and the WZC Sint-Bernardus (Bertem). With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). Young, dynamic and motivated, I listen and care about the well-being of my patients. My care is versatile with the aim of finding the treatment adapted to each of them. The therapy aims to relieve pain, strengthen and improve the quality of life of my patients. In order to update and refine my knowledge and skills, I also stay up to date by completing various training courses to best meet the needs of my patients.

I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. In some cases, rehabilitation requires a more passive and manual approach for which I am always attentive and make room. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Passionate about sports since his youth, especially basketball, the practitioner is currently practicing with the Phoenix Brussels Basketball (Division 1). He also practices within the Brugmann hospitals (Neurology Rehabilitation & Intensive Care). He can provide you with abdominal reeducation care, help you to free yourself from your back pain, lumbago, notably with the help of crocheting, suction cups or free yourself from your joint pain. He also takes care of rehabilitation, home visits, bone problems, sports injuries, hand, wrist or neck pain. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from HELB and is specialized in sports physical therapy. His consultations are conducted in French or English.

Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Young and motivated, I welcome you in my office for physiotherapy sessions. A complete care, centered on the well-being, adapted to your needs, towards a maximum autonomy and all in benevolence represents my way of seeing the physiotherapy. I take care of adults and children. Passionate about music, I specialize in a specific approach of care for musicians. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.
