Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Professionalism, respect, dynamism and good humor are the pillars on which my care is based. I also work with people suffering from musculoskeletal pathologies (sprains, contusions, bursitis, tendinopathy, herniated discs), traumatological (fractures, dislocations), rheumatological (low back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia), respiratory (respiratory revalidation in adults), neurological (rehabilitation after a transient ischemic attack TIA or cerebrovascular accident CVA), circulatory (lymphedema, venous insufficiency), vestibular (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV) and disorders of the TMJ temporomandibular joint (bruxism, masseteritis). Mes compétences s’étendent également aux troubles musculo-squelettiques, à l’accompagnement post-partum, à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pour adultes, à l’hydrothérapie et à la gériatrie.
