Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. J'ai suivi mes études à l'Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), où j'ai obtenu mon diplôme de master de spécialisation en ostéopathie en 2022. Je privilégie une approche holistique de la santé, considérant le corps comme un ensemble interconnecté. Ma pratique intègre différentes techniques ostéopathiques, allant des manipulations articulaires aux relâchements musculaires, en passant par des techniques viscérales. Chaque séance est adaptée à vos besoins spécifiques, dans le respect de votre corps et de vos limites.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy.
