Diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je suis kinésithérapeute du sport avec une expertise particulière dans la prise en charge des pathologies liées à la pratique sportive et des troubles musculo-squelettiques. Un second Master de spécialisation m’a permis de consolider et d’enrichir mes connaissances dans ce domaine spécifique. Je suis également titulaire du FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, formation certifiée par la FIFA qui renforce mes compétences dans la prévention, le traitement et le suivi des blessures liées au football et à d'autres disciplines sportives.

Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient. Je suis titulaire d’un Master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Léonard de Vinci. Passionnée par la kinésithérapie du sport, je continue à me former dans ce domaine pour offrir à mes patients les meilleures prises en charge possibles.

Mon expérience en milieu hospitalier et en cabinet ambulatoire m’a permis de développer une vision globale et approfondie de la kinésithérapie, notamment dans le traitement des pathologies du système musculo-squelettique.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

It is now integrated that good health requires regular physical activity and a balanced diet. Graduated with a master in physical therapy atthe ULB, I also specialize in sports pathologies and in Nutritherapy to be able to provide you with dietary advice and adapt the sessions, in order to reach the goals defined together and make sure they last over time. My dynamism, my seriousness, and my good listening skills will motivate you to follow your sessions in an active way.

As a registered physiotherapist, I attach great importance to an individualized and holistic treatment of each of my patients. I take care of sports, post-operative/traumatological, rheumatological and perineal pathologies, as well as rehabilitations in the pool (only possible in Ixelles). Possibility to do home visits as well. After obtaining my diploma, I was quickly fascinated by the intelligence of the body and its capacity of self-healing, I thus left to explore the countries of Nepal and India to understand other ways of taming a pathology and to mark this undeniable link between the body and the spirit. I have been a yoga teacher for 3 years and have started new trainings in 2020, notably in Chinese Energy Medicine and Microkinetics. Bogdan Gavrilovici, a physical therapist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation in 2020.
