post-opératoire. J'utilise une variété de techniques, telles que la thérapie

manuelle, les exercices thérapeutiques et la rééducation fonctionnelle, tout en intégrant des conseils sur la prévention et le mode de vie.

Mon objectif est d'aider mes patients à retrouver leur mobilité et à améliorer leur qualité de vie. Diplômée d'un Master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'accorde une importance particulière à l'écoute, à l'accompagnement personnalisé de chaque patient(e) et à la relation de confiance.

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de joueurs et joueuses au club de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Ensemble, nous travaillerons pour vous permettre d’acquérir les outils nécessaires à votre autonomie et à un rétablissement durable.
