Je suis diplômée en kinésithérapie depuis 2023 à la Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. Actuellement, je travaille aux Cliniques Universitaires de Saint-Luc, dans le service de chirurgie cardiothoracique mais également en cabinet sur Waterloo.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la santé de mes patients, mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute et l’empathie. Je prends le temps de comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque patient afin de proposer des soins personnalisés, adaptés à chaque situation. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, à soulager vos douleurs et à améliorer votre qualité de vie au quotidien.

David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby). Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the ISEK and 10 years of experience in emergency and intensive care. I am specialized in maxillofacial rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage and dry needling. I continue my training in osteopathy, nutritherapy and endobiogeny in order to offer you a holistic treatment. Listening, dynamism and precision are the qualities intrinsic to my practice in order to best meet your needs.

Physiotherapist qualified in 2001, I followed some training to complete my knowledge but eager to know more I followed the osteopathy training of the C.B.O. I have been part of TEAM BELGIUM since 2008 and participate in various high-level sporting events such as the Olympics, YOG, EYOF, EG, WG. I like to follow, understand, support and advise patients in their rehabilitation. My focus is orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries. I really enjoy working on the shoulders because it is a complex joint with extremely varied treatments. I take care of both athletic and non-athlete patients, adapting to the patient's requirements regarding the level of rehabilitation or rehabilitation to be achieved.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems.
