I am a New Zealand-trained physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal, and sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

I have a particular interest in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with extensive experience working with elite athletes. I have worked with New Zealand elite athletes in cycling, rowing and athletics, including at multiple international sporting events.

I combine manual therapy with active rehabilitation and strength training, adapting the approach to your injury, needs and level of experience. .

Spécialisé dans la prise en charge de sportifs, professionnel ou amateur. De la gestion et diminution des symptômes jusqu'à la réathletisation, en passant par une remise en charge progressive et adaptée.

Indispensable notamment pour rupture ligamentaire, fracture, luxation, entorse, déchirure musculaire, tendinopathie...

Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Je porte également un intérêt accru à l'articulation de l'épaule. Douleurs aiguës, chroniques ou post-opératoire.

L'objectif sera de trouver la technique permettant de diminuer les douleurs et d'augmenter la capacité physique grâce à une prise en charge individualisée.

Kinésithérapie générale- drainage lymphatique- pathologies chroniques-neurologiques

Je suis diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie en 2022. Passionnée par le mouvement, empathique, et à l’écoute, j’exerce la kinésithérapie avec une approche holistique. J’ai suivi une formation de 2 ans en thérapie manuelle afin de mieux vous accompagner dans les troubles musculo-squelettiques (tendinites, entorses, douleurs lombaires,…) J’ai aussi suivi une formation sur la lombalgie et sur l’épaule afin d’améliorer la prise en charge. 

Je réalise le drainage lymphatique pour les suivi post-opératoires (cancer du sein, abdominoplastie etc) et lymphoedemes. 

Je suis actuellement en début de 2e année en nutrithérapie afin de vous offrir une approche globale. 

J’ai exercé durant 4 ans en cabinet mais aussi en milieu hospitalier où j’ai pu acquérir des compétences en neurologie, pneumologie, oncologie, gériatrie, cardiologie et suivi post-opératoire.

Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is specialized in orthopedic, postoperative, neurological and cardio-respiratory physical therapy. As a registered physiotherapist, he collaborates with the CHU Saint-Pierre, the Bracops Hospital, the Molière-Longchamp Hospital and the Erasme Hospital. Mr Bouzarpour graduated in 2019 with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and revalidation. During his studies he developed and deepened three specialisations: respiratory & cardiovascular rehabilitation, general rehabilitation and lymphatic drainage. In order to continue to improve and to provide the best care to his patients, he joined the teams of the Motion Center (Tienen) and the WZC Sint-Bernardus (Bertem). I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.
