Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Ilya Prigogine in Brussels. Throughout my academic career, I have had the opportunity to explore various areas of physiotherapy, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, musculoskeletal disorders, hand rehabilitation, abdominal rehabilitation, and many others. I am currently preparing for two training courses: one focusing on dys disorders in children and adolescents, and the other focused on hand rehabilitation. As a physiotherapist, I currently work in two centers: the Care Happy Center in Uccle and the June Medical Center in Tubize. My main goal as a professional is to provide high quality care and seek sustainable solutions for each patient, constantly keeping myself informed and adapting my approaches individually.

Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Je porte également un intérêt accru à l'articulation de l'épaule. Douleurs aiguës, chroniques ou post-opératoire.

L'objectif sera de trouver la technique permettant de diminuer les douleurs et d'augmenter la capacité physique grâce à une prise en charge individualisée.

J’ai toujours aimé bouger et la kiné est bien un domaine qui me permet de m’épanouir dans ce sens. Notre corps est fait d’articulations, muscles, os, … pour pouvoir bouger et bouger c’est La Santé ! J’ai commencé ma carrière professionnelle en travaillant 1 an en Guadeloupe, à mi-temps dans un centre de revalidation gériatrique et un autre mi-temps dans un cabinet de kiné prenant en charge des pathologies neuro-musculo-squelettique (lombalgies, sciatiques, entorses, tendinites, …). Soucieuse d’un traitement de qualité j’ai décidé d’approfondir mes connaissances en suivant une spécialisation en thérapie manuelle qui me donne de nouvelles techniques pour des prises en charge plus optimales. En même temps, je me suis également lancée comme kinésithérapeute dans le centre Kinergie d’Uccle et maintenant en plus, dans le centre kinefix à Wezembeek. Le bien-être des patients dans leur globalité est un aspect qui me tient à cœur. Il est important pour moi de prendre le temps de comprendre leur douleur et d’écouter leurs besoins. Mon but est de faire évoluer les patients vers davantage d’autonomie afin qu’ils puissent retrouver leurs activités journalières le plus rapidement possible ou tout simplement optimiser leur manière de se mouvoir et réduire leur douleur. Je prends en charge des pathologies neuro-musculo-squelettiques (tendinite, lombalgie, entorse, douleurs musculaires et articulaires…), des pathologies traumatiques et des revalidations post-chirugicales. Je m’occupe également de la rééducation à la marche, de la prévention des chutes et du maintien de l’autonomie des personnes âgées. As a registered physiotherapist, I attach great importance to an individualized and holistic treatment of each of my patients. I take care of sports, post-operative/traumatological, rheumatological and perineal pathologies, as well as rehabilitations in the pool (only possible in Ixelles). After obtaining my diploma, I was quickly fascinated by the intelligence of the body and its capacity of self-healing, I thus left to explore the countries of Nepal and India to understand other ways of taming a pathology and to mark this undeniable link between the body and the spirit. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance.
