Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’ULB, j’exerce depuis plus de 10 ans en tant que kinésithérapeute. Mon parcours professionnel m'a permis de développer des compétences solides dans la rééducation fonctionnelle et la prise en charge de patients souffrant de diverses pathologies.

Dans une démarche d'excellence et d'actualisation continue de mes compétences, je poursuis actuellement une formation en ostéopathie à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO). Cette formation me permet d'intégrer une approche holistique à mes soins et d'enrichir mes techniques de traitement pour offrir à mes patients une prise en charge encore plus complète et personnalisée.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Je suis titulaire d’un Master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Léonard de Vinci. Passionnée par la kinésithérapie du sport, je continue à me former dans ce domaine pour offrir à mes patients les meilleures prises en charge possibles.

Mon expérience en milieu hospitalier et en cabinet ambulatoire m’a permis de développer une vision globale et approfondie de la kinésithérapie, notamment dans le traitement des pathologies du système musculo-squelettique.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Je suis kinésithérapeute depuis octobre 2023 et j’exerce en cabinet avec une pratique axée sur la kinésithérapie générale.

En parallèle, je me spécialise en rééducation oro-maxillo-faciale et vestivulo-occulaire, un domaine qui me passionne et que je continue d’explorer pour enrichir ma prise en charge.

J’ai à cœur de proposer des soins personnalisés, adaptés à chaque patient, avec une approche globale, attentive et engagée.
