Je me suis formée en rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et en kinésithérapie périnatale à l’UCL, afin d’explorer ce domaine qui me passionne. Je peux ainsi vous accompagner dans la prise en charge des troubles pelvi-périnéaux, incluant les troubles urinaires, fécaux, gynécologiques, ainsi que les difficultés pouvant impacter la sphère intime, chez les femmes, les hommes et les enfants.

Pour rappel, ces troubles sont fréquents et n’ont pas à être tabous. Ma porte sera toujours ouverte pour en parler avec vous. J’ai hâte de vous rencontrer et de vous accompagner afin d’atteindre vos objectifs.

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. The passion I have for my work, my professional experience and my various training courses enable me to respond to the problems and needs encountered by patients. My therapeutic approach is rigorous, educational, dynamic and respectful of all.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Mrs. Katerien De Paepe is a physiotherapist since 2005. She is specialized in prenatal physiotherapy, postnatal physiotherapy and perineal rehabilitation after having obtained her certificate of physiotherapy in perineology at the UCL in 2008. Spécialisée en périnéologie (pré-post-partum, douleurs sexuelles, problèmes de cycles menstruel) et en santé physique et sportive, j’allie mes connaissances anatomiques et mes expériences personnelles sportives afin d’orienter chaque patient vers le bien-être, le mouvement, l’idée de devenir la meilleure version de soi-même, en alliant prévention, passion et dynamisme. I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK in 2021, practitioner Julian GILLES treats all types of pathology. Specializing in trauma and orthopedics, as well as lymphatic drainage. He will be able to adapt to your pathology and your expectations in order to offer the most personalized treatment possible.

I work in 2 areas: - orthopedic physiotherapy, which includes treatment of sports injuries (sprains, tendinopathies, dislocations, tears, contractures,...), operations (prostheses, ligaments, fractures treated by osteosynthesis, herniated discs...) but also pain related to bad postures. - Perineological physiotherapy. Specialized in lymphatic drainage and urogynecology, she practices abdominal re-education, she takes care of lumbago, joint problems and neck pain.
