Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

As a physiotherapist with a strong background in occupational therapy, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the physical, mental, and social dimensions of recovery. My areas of expertise include:

My objective is to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your specific needs and to support you at every step of your recovery. I offer consultations and sessions in both French and English.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems.
