As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy.
