Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Professionalism, respect, dynamism and good humor are the pillars on which my care is based. I also work with people suffering from musculoskeletal pathologies (sprains, contusions, bursitis, tendinopathy, herniated discs), traumatological (fractures, dislocations), rheumatological (low back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia), respiratory (respiratory revalidation in adults), neurological (rehabilitation after a transient ischemic attack TIA or cerebrovascular accident CVA), circulatory (lymphedema, venous insufficiency), vestibular (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV) and disorders of the TMJ temporomandibular joint (bruxism, masseteritis). As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

Diplômée en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain, je mets mes compétences au service des patients pour leur offrir une prise en charge personnalisée, basée sur leurs besoins réels, avec une écoute attentive et bienveillante.

Spécialisée en kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale, j’ai eu l’opportunité de me former auprès de Laurent Pitance et Eve Gérard aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, ce qui m’a permis de développer une expertise dans la prise en charge des troubles temporo-mandibulaires. J'ai récemment complété mes connaissances en participant leur formation en kinésithérapie cervico-maxillo-faciale en février et mars 2025. Mon objectif est de fournir un suivi complet et adapté à chaque patient, tout en poursuivant des formations pour rester à jour et en apprendre davantage.

Quelle que soit la nature de vos besoins, je propose également des consultations de kinésithérapie générale, orthopédique, ainsi que neurologique. Le bien-être et l’écoute de mes patients sont au cœur de mon approche.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée et diplômée de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'exerce au sein de mon cabinet VitaKiné du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 19h ainsi qu'à domicile.

Mon approche repose sur une prise en charge individualisée où chaque patient est écouté et compris dans sa globalité. Je mets un point d'honneur à adapter mes soins en fonction des besoins spécifiques de chacun afin d'assurer une rééducation efficace et durable.

J'interviens dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, orthopédiques et traumatologiques, qu'il s'agisse de douleurs lombaires et cervicales, d'entorses, de pathologies de l'épaule et du genou, de rééducation post-opératoire ou encore de troubles touchant le poignet et la main.

Mon expérience me permet également d'accompagner les patients atteints de pathologies rhumatismales telles que la spondylarthrite ankylosante, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde ou la fibromyalgie, ainsi que ceux souffrant d'affections neurologiques, notamment la sclérose en plaques, la maladie de Parkinson, les suites d'AVC, la myasthénie, la maladie de Huntington ou encore les polyneuropathies. Je prends également en charge les troubles respiratoires, aussi bien chez l'adulte que chez l'enfant.

En complément de ces domaines, je me suis formée et spécialisée dans le traitement des lymphœdèmes ainsi que dans la prise en charge des cervicalgies et des troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM). Ma formation en kinésithérapie HMTC me permet d'intervenir sur des problématiques telles que les migraines, céphalées, vertiges, acouphènes, algies de la face et perturbations maxillo-faciales.
