Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Je suis un jeune kinésithérapeute diplômé, passionné par les sciences et les sports de force. Je m’efforce de rester constamment à jour sur les dernières avancées scientifiques afin d’intégrer des pratiques basées sur des preuves dans mes soins. Diplômé de l’ISEK et animé par une passion pour la kiné, j’ai développé une expertise diversifiée englobant la kiné générale, les douleurs musculo-squelettiques, la kiné sportive, la rééducation pré et post-opératoire, le drainage lymphatique manuel ainsi que la cupping therapy (hijama). Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je me suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie du sport grâce à la formation Kinesport Expert, ainsi qu’en prise en charge musculo-squelettique.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.

Le cabinet se situe au -1 de la maison, par un escalier avec deux rampes.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere.
