Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je me suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie du sport grâce à la formation Kinesport Expert, ainsi qu’en prise en charge musculo-squelettique.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.

Le cabinet se situe au -1 de la maison, par un escalier avec deux rampes.

Angela Docimo est massothérapeute spécialisée en massages bien-être et thérapeutiques. Formée à une large gamme de techniques, telles que le Tuina, Marma, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, le massage relaxant, le drainage lymphatique et la madérothérapie, elle propose des soins sur mesure, adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de chaque personne. Son approche, à la fois intuitive, douce et précise, prend en compte la globalité du corps, permettant de libérer les tensions, d'améliorer la circulation et de favoriser un bien-être global.

Avec chaque séance, Angela vise à offrir un moment de détente profonde, tout en soutenant le corps dans sa recherche d’équilibre et de sérénité.

Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie en 2021, j’ai depuis eu l’opportunité d’exercer dans différents environnements, en France métropolitaine et dans les DOM-TOM. Ces expériences variées m’ont permis de développer une approche humaine, attentive et globale du soin.

Après une première année de pratique en Martinique, puis quelques remplacements en Polynésie, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours dans des cabinets aux profils très différents, dont un cabinet de kinésithérapie du sport à Lille et, plus récemment, un cabinet pluridisciplinaire à Aix-en-Provence. Cette diversité m’a permis d’affiner mes affinités professionnelles, que je continue de nourrir au quotidien.

Bien que je n’aie pas encore de spécialisation officielle, je suis passionnée par :

• La traumatologie (entorses, fractures, suites post-opératoires…)
• La rééducation de la main
• Le traitement des cicatrices, notamment après chirurgie ou cancer du sein
• La gériatrie
• Le drainage lymphatique
• La rééducation du sportif (amateur ou confirmé)

Je ne pratique pas la kiné respiratoire ni la prise en charge des pathologies neurologiques lourdes.

D’un naturel souriant, patient et à l’écoute, je m’engage à vous accompagner de manière personnalisée, avec bienveillance et professionnalisme, dans votre parcours de soin.

En parallèle, je suis passionnée de sport (danse, course à pied, Pilates, tennis), et j’envisage à terme de me former à l’enseignement du Pilates, discipline que j’intègre déjà dans ma pratique lorsqu’elle est adaptée à vos objectifs.
